Q: What is the print quality like?
A: We have the ability to print at 1200 DPI, but it all depends on your image or text. If we get a high quality image, we will print it at the highest quality possible that our machines are capable of (about 50,000 colors, but whose counting?)
Q: I saw on your Instagram that you offer Financing options. How does that work?
A: We have partnered up with Klarna, a leading e-commerce Financing site that allows us to offer multiple Financing options to you to ensure you can get everything you want, with easy ways to pay. We have two main options, one that uses a credit card to charge four equal payments (Subject to approval, does not use credit check or social security numbers) on payments less than $799. On any sale over that amount, you can use your credit to get anywhere from 6 months to 36 months to pay for your items, depending on credit as well as your subtotal. This is subject to credit approval. Both Financing options we have are subject to terms and conditions which can be found on the payments screen. Please reach out to us if you have any further questions in terms of financing.
Q: What kind of shirts do you use to print on?
A: We use different shirts for different occasions. Some shirts print better than others when it comes to color. A few of the brands we print on are American Apparel, Alstyle, Gildan, Adidas, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, etc. We do not print on lower quality shirts, only something we would wear ourselves. (Trust us, we are picky)
Q: What kind of denim are you using to print on? I didn't know you could print on denim!
A: We use a specifically sourced denim that is under our Constantly Create Shop brand. All denim jackets are made to order to ensure accuracy with the print. We have a special formula that is proprietary to us to allow us to print water based inks on denim without them coming right off. Just like that home cooked dinner! We keep the recipe close to the chest.
Q: I have an image I need cropped out before I can get it on my shirt. Can you handle that for me?
A: Yes! We are certified in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator, and we are always accepting of a challenge. If we cannot complete the service, you get a 100% refund. Simple, we are looking for you to be satisfied with the work, we don't blame you.
Q: I have heard that when getting DTG shirts done, that the pre-treatment ruins the feel and leaves a "box" on the shirt from the heat presses. Is this true?
A: In some cases, there is a box from the heat press that goes away after a day or two. We use the highest quality pre-treatments with our garments; Image Armor, Firebird, and Brother. Higher quality pre-treatments are best when printing on colorful shirts, and we use certain pre-treatments with different colors so your creations come out in high quality. Lastly, some colors even require us to mix pretreatment! In other words, we don't take short cuts. Our products are guaranteed!
Q: What if I want to supply my own shirts to print on?
A: We have specific packages set up for you to send us your shirts. Please email us at orders@constantlycreateshop.com or message us using the blue icon at the bottom of the page prior to placing your order so we can get some details about the shirts you would like to print on. It is imperative that the shirts contain most, if not full on ringspun cotton blends! Keep that in mind prior to ordering any custom garments of your choice.
Q: I am a wholesaler looking to get bulk printing done, how can we set up packages for wholesale items?
A: Please email us at orders@constantlycreateshop.com with your inquiry and we will forward to our wholesale team. Wholesale items come in different sizes and shapes, so let us know what you would like to print on and we would love to help
